1. Service Description
Annapurna Bhandar Yojana provides document preparation assistance for citizens applying to government welfare schemes. We do NOT submit, verify, or approve applications.
2. No Government Affiliation
Annapurna Bhandar Yojana is operated by Government of West Bengal, a private entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government body.
3. No Approval Guarantee
Our service only prepares documents. Government scheme approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority.
4. Fee Policy
The ₹99 fee is a private service fee charged by Government of West Bengal for document preparation assistance. It is refundable if the PDF cannot be generated after payment (see Refund Policy).
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided. Submitting false information to a government scheme is your responsibility and may be a punishable offence under Indian law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Government of West Bengal is not liable for any scheme rejection, delay, or denial. Maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the ₹99 service fee paid.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Kolkata.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
