Government of West Bengal (CIN: ) operates Annapurna Bhandar Yojana, a private document-preparation assistance service. We are NOT a government agency.
2. What data we collect
To help you prepare a government scheme application document, we collect: full name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile number, family member details, employment and income information, document checklist selections, and the last 4 digits of Aadhaar.
3. What we do NOT collect or transmit
We do NOT transmit your full 12-digit Aadhaar number, full bank account number, or PAN to any server. These are used only locally on your device during form preparation.
4. How data is stored
All form data is stored in your browser's localStorage on your own device. No personal data leaves your device for our servers.
5. Data retention
Data persists in your browser until you clear it via the "Clear my data" button in the app, or by clearing browser storage. We do not retain copies on our servers.
6. Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below.
7. No payment data collected
This application is completely free of charge. No payment information, card details, or banking credentials are collected through this portal.
